Our Current Projects

Kitchen Conversion

AYSHA Home converted a non-functional kitchenette (no stove, exhaust, cabinets, or eating area) into a fully functional kitchen in less than three weeks.  We totally demolished the old space  — right down to the plumbing — and created a modern eat-in space fit for entertaining. As for the color scheme, we chose eggshell white, dove gray, and various shades of blue which instantly brightened everything up. Most importantly, we met the client’s ultra-tight deadline with time to spare.

Oak Wood Bedroom

Our team updated an almost 30-year-old bedroom for a client who wanted to keep its expensive built-in oak wood cabinetry. To bring life to this decades old work, we treated it with special oils to restore its luster and make it supple to the touch.  We also removed dated upholstered wall and sconces, and sanded and re-polished the wooden floor. The end l result was a modern bedroom with lush wood cabinetry.

Living Room Area

A private art gallery space became a family common area. We kept the  oak wood built-in bookcase and gave it a nice oil rub. And by utilizing it to display the client’s oversize oil painting and sculpture collection, it became a feature wall. We then sanded the wood floors and brought in lighter wall and furniture colors. Finally, touches  of blues run from the kitchen to living/dining room area to make the space truly cohesive.

Bedroom Expansion

An underutilized walk-in closet with joining storage room was the biggest waste of space and blocked all the natural light.  So we demolished the ill-designed closet and storage area, turning it into a second bedroom and/or home office.  Thanks to the open space and increased natural light flooding in, the apartment’s usage and overall sale price went way up.

The Green Bathroom

We were asked to modernize the guest bathroom on a very tight budget, and the client did not want a total regut. The space had one-inch green and ivory mosaic tiles throughout, from wall to ceiling. So our team reglazed the walls and bathtub in white, installed a modern oak wood floating vanity, and replaced old hardware and finishings with brass gold for instant bling. In under 10 days, we created a gorgeous, chic bathroom with minimal effort.

Bathroom Rescue

A 40-plus-year-old bathroom had literally fallen apart — leaks everywhere and walls crumbling. In less than three weeks, our team framed new walls, replaced the tub with a modern standing shower, and installed large size wall and floor tiles for a  bigger look and feel.  We also kept the color scheme neutral, with some touches of blues as an accent.
